Fulfillment Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy

Thank you for choosing Project Parent Coaching. By purchasing and engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms. Please review this document carefully.


1. Fulfillment Policy

Service Delivery

All coaching services are delivered online via secure video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom). After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with access details. For digital products (such as courses, PDFs, or workshops), access will be delivered via email or client portal upon purchase.

Scheduling

Clients may schedule available sessions through our online booking system.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Exceptions may be granted at our discretion in cases of emergency.

Refunds

All sales are in USD and are final. Due to the nature of our services—customized, time-based, and knowledge-driven—we do not offer refunds for individual sessions, packages, courses, or subscriptions.

Subscriptions & Renewals

If you are enrolled in a coaching subscription:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

  • You will receive an email 7 days before renewal.

  • You may cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a subscription cycle.

2. Terms of Service

User Agreement

By using this site and purchasing services, you agree to:

  • Use the services only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

  • Not replicate, distribute, or sell any content or material received through coaching or digital products without written permission.

  • Respect the boundaries of the coaching relationship, which does not constitute therapy and is not a substitute for mental health treatment.

Coaching services provided through Project Parent Coaching are educational in nature and are not a replacement for therapy or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, particularly if terms are violated or misuse of services is detected.


3. Privacy Policy
